I made annual subscription . and the app not working.when I try to record phone call I have message that I do jot have sufficient credit.why?

i payed 8 euro for 1 week, i recorded 1 call of 15min and i got receipt of 50 euro on my phone bill.

I just had my telephone bill in the app or the description nor anywhere else does it state the that the number you’re calling and merging is a paying number and app. I had internet access the entire time. I have a chronic illness and I live of the money I get from healthcare which isn’t much and had to surgeries this year. Now I suddenly get charged for calling the states. I read the FAQ’s and nowhere this is mentioned when you live somewhere else that you have to call a foreign number and get charged for it! I have no idea how I will pay for this. This is a scam since they deliberately mention it nowhere even not in the appstore. I thought the number was going through internetconnection which seems to make more sincr the app is available in Belgium. But apparently I’ve been calling the states! This should not be available in Europe!

J’ai installé l’application et souscrit l’abonnement, jusque là tout allait bien. Mais c’est après la première utilisation où j’ai découvert la supercherie. En plus de l’abonnement de l’application, mon opérateur me facture 42,12€. Pour avoir enregistrer l’appel, la conversation est sauvegardée dans une boîte vocale. Donc avant d’appeler il faut composer un numéro fournit par l’application. Numéro qui est en réalité payant !!! ⚠️Mais ça vous ne le découvrez que seulement après, trop tard donc.

C’est vraiment de la publicité mensongère.. on vous annonce dans l’AppStore que c’est qu’atour et vous vous retrouvez bloqué à peine rentré dans l’app que vous êtes obligé de souscrire à un abonnement payant. Alors oui c’est gratuit pdt x jours. Mais c’est pas ce que j’appelle gratuit ça !

Je ne veux plus de l application, je l ai supprimée de partout et malgré ça ils continuent à me prélever 10€ par SEMAINES. Je vais être obligé de faire bloquer ma carte de banque à cause de cette application.

Can’t continue as you have to approve to the premium trail for 3 days. So forcing people to agree on something they don’t need. Other app are free. So don’t waste time

12 euros for one week !!? In order to make a call you have to call an assist number which is an international number costs almost 1€/min !!! Very bad record quality!!! Annoying peep during the call every 4 seconds!!! Please send me back my money and cancel my registration Mr. Developer.
