Het is op de eerste plaats een hele omslachtige manier om gesprekken op te nemen. Maar dan werkt die gewoon niet! Mocht je het willen gebruiken, ze bieden een flinke korting aan als je geen abonnement aangaat. Maar ook niet doen, gewoon weggegooid geld.

I bought this app to record interviews and paid hundreds of euros, since it calls a US number to record! And then it NEVER transcribes your calls.

They don’t warn you that you’ll be dialing in through a foreign number. Your provider will see this as a foreign call en it will give you a lot of extra costs. Don’t use this app!!

This app seems like a Scam: you have to dial in via a foreign number (for which you pay your own international costs), the procedure to call outside is very complicated and dial in- or out is not automatic, and that also counts for being called, for which you have to follow a procedure that is too complicated if you are in the car or busy, for example. Do not buy this app: does not work functionally, is too expensive and they should have warned in advance that you pay the costs for dialling in via a foreign number yourself, so that your calling credit/account is driven at high costs. During the first call I made, I immediately received a warning that my call limit for this month had been exceeded: immediately requested and received a refund via the App Store. Stelletje afzetters

Ik zou drie dagen graties krijgen. Voordat die drie dagen om waren zat ik vast aan een abonnement van een jaar. Nergens zijn ze te bereiken. Daarnaast vermoedde ik dat je hoge kosten kon maken omdat je een nummer in Amerika moest bellen. Mijn vermoeden werd bevestigd door een aantal reviews hieronder. Ik kan dus ook geen gebruik maken van de app als ik geen hoge kosten wil. Wat een oplichters.

I have some important phone calls to make so I installed the app and try to free version see if it works and it works fine for me but then I got the phone bill and amount of €100 was added to my regular cost just because of that one phone call because the call goes through Canada or something. I am very mad and I want my money back.😡

Why can’t I change The language To English? It’s French!! I would like To have a refund please

The button that merges the calls disappears, so no recording takes place, defeating the purpose of the app. I can’t seem to find a solution to the problem.
