No customer support
I was charged $14.98 per week for 3 weeks without my knowledge and there isn’t any customer care support whom I can liaise with to check on this matter.

Maybe this app works maybe it doesn’t. All I know is I had 20 minutes to download a recording app and this app promised easy setup and after five test with my roommate I could not get one recording to play?
