I tried to ask a question regarding the international charges to their service line during the call recording, however it shows an error each time I try to send the question -so no way to contact app support, except here - so - Hey guys, can you help me with an answer? :)

Stops recording within 30 seconds. If there is a greeting on the number you call where you have to press an option, that keytone then immediately stops the recording. Deleting this app within 10 minutes of downloading. You’re better off ordering a recorder of Amazon

Had it for 2 yrs. Total jip & my refund requests are ignored
I now cannot access nor download any of the audio files. I can see them in my iphone storage - so i know they are in there & when i go into the app; it claims i havent recorded anything. I have paid for two years. A few months ago I couldnt access anything and I emailed for help & crickets, no reply……. #sigh
