Don't waste your time or the possibility of being charged by Apple for an app that does not work at all!!! -- Symphony Mom, 2025-01-06 ### *---- "App not working" I downloaded the app and registered with mobile and email even bought unlimited recording but the app doesn't work. It can't even make the test call. Please fix the issue or refund me at your earliest. I bought the app to use not to play with and it is currently in no use. -- FerdousiB, 2024-02-07 ### ***** "I started using in 2017. Still good. 👍" I started using this app in 2017 and it still works great. I haven’t used many other recording apps but this one has saved my recordings and is simple with out a bunch of nonsense or unnecessary features. Record the call and done. Not sure I’ve seen anything extra from other apps that I personally need. Give it a go. -- Mary77, 2024-01-19 ### ***** "Review" Really good app -- njvf jbjun, 2023-11-07 ### **--- "Not so easy" Found it difficult to use. -- Jbq60640, 2023-10-04 ### *---- "WARNING NoNotes out of business" Based on our experience, NoNotes who was once a great product with excellent tools and exceptional customer service. NoNotes is out of business. The company no longer supports the app, tools or replies to customers. -- StarGazzzzer, 2023-08-04 ### *---- "Run Away - Nonexistent Help" The app works great until there’s a problem and your recordings are inaccessible and no one will return your emails or calls for a week and you can’t do your work because no notes has ghosted you. -- Dmnkly, 2023-07-05 ### *---- "Terrible app and no customer service" Still doesn’t work. No response when you try to call for technical assistance. They just keep billing you and hold your prior recordings ransom. Not good business model. -- L2019!, 2023-05-22 ### *---- "Couldn’t get it to work after paying $9.99" I purchased this app about 30 minutes prior to an important call that I needed to record for work purposes. Based on a previous phone recording app I had used, I assumed this recording app also would be easy to use and have an instructional video or slide show. There was nothing like that I could find. After three failed practice calls, I couldn’t get it to work. And my account shows that I have a 35 minute recorded call, but when I click on it and try to play it, nothing happens. Extremely frustrating and disappointing and a waste of the $9.99 a month I paid for it. I have already canceled the subscription when it expires, and I’ll have to look for another call app service.
