## Callosa Description
Callosa is a simple brain exercise inspired by decades of neuroscience research on horizontal bilateral eye movements.

Follow a moving dot as it alternates from left to right across the screen. Research suggests that bilateral eye movements may support certain forms of memory retrieval, reduce the emotional intensity of some memories, and promote flexible, creative thinking.

The name Callosa is inspired by the corpus callosum, the major communication pathway connecting the brain's left and right hemispheres.

Features:

• Suggested uses: Remember, Create, Reflect, and Focus

• Adjustable session lengths (15, 30, 60, and 90 seconds)

• 30 seconds as the default session length

• Customizable background and dot colors

• Adjustable eye-movement range

• Learn More section explaining the science

• Reflection screen after each session

Thirty seconds is the default session length because many published studies have used brief eye-movement sessions of approximately that duration.

Callosa is intended as a wellness, learning, and self-reflection tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
