I originally downloaded it for sleep, but I ended up using the breathing exercises, meditations, and sleep stories way more than I expected. I like that there are options for different moods and different amounts of time, so I don’t feel like I have to commit to a long session just to get something out of it. The app itself is easy to use, relaxing without feeling overdone, and genuinely helps me settle down when my mind is running nonstop. Thirdly, it’s very hard to find the content I’m looking for like the daily trip.
