This is a great app, everything about it is great. There’s barely any ads too, I used the app for the first time and there was no ads. Then, the second time only 1 ad. Another thing great is the premium, it is a simple button and doesn’t pop up a huge screen of it. It is very nice and not annoying, like other apps. The games and activities when you press the calm button is really helpful and fun. Heck, I even played it for fun! Great app, recommend. Have a good day/night!<3

the app is pretty good, but like anything, you need to try yourself for it to work. So it depends on the person. The adds are few and only come once in a while, but when they do it’s usually stuff like “calorie tracker app” or “lose wieght fast!” Which may not be the best message to some people. All in all it’s a good app: and doesn’t cost anything unlike a lot of others.

I’ve struggled with self harm for three years dealing with it isn’t easy, but it also isn’t very hard what I mean by that is when I got professional help, and I got this app as well. It changed my entire self harm experience and one of my highest days was 38 thank you, calm urge ❤️
