This app is a scam. I do not opt for a one year susbcription but this app has charged me so when my free trial has ended, without my consent. Please refund my money. Is this a way to generate revenue by silently charging your users? If so, it is so unprofessional.

It does help me to calm myself. Besides seek profesional helps this kind of apps really can help you to cope with your mental health issues.
Good app but i look forward to simpler content on my “For You” section, too many things i see once i open the app, i don’t really like it. But i love almost all of the meditation series. I listen and even download some, i love John Armstrong’s voice more than Tamara’s (Sorry Tamara 😅) so i choose his voice to narrate my meditations. I love the sleep stories too, music, i listen to a few only 😊
Please add the playlist feature. So people can put a meditation to sleep and soundscapes after that.

Helps me get thru depressive, insomniac and anxious periods by mindfully practicing acceptance, holding space for these strong emotions and just calming myself via deep breathing.
