I recommend this app for everyone, be they patients, struggling with mental health issues or any other healthy person.
Payment Scam
I was on a trial for this app, and after the trial ended I was charged twice for my yearly one time subscription. It's honestly so disappointing that these apps do such scams with someone's hard earned money. Purachased this app for anxiety management, it just gave me more of that. Kindly look into this matter.
Needs improvement for new comers
It’s good for reliving anxiety stress improving sleep quality but the problem is that almost everything is locked here I was new to this app and I can’t even open most of the platforms It’s needs to be free

Wrongful advertising
Truthfully the app don’t deserve a single star. It is so misleading. It says here to ‘get’ the app with in store purchases but once they extort data out of you they force you to buy a premium membership to even begin using the app. This should not be listed as a freemium app.
