Have to pay no one dose want to do that
Good but check all stories
We’ve had some good success with this getting app a child to sleep. However, you need to make sure you listen to the stories because some can be too exciting. For example the Rubble PAW Patrol one is way too upbeat and has an excited child narrating it.
Helpful
I was recommended to this app after a job coach told me who had used it following a bereavement. I have used some of the free meditations, however subscribed. I found a breathing exercise helpful in reducing anxiety. I’m studying mental health so is something I would recommend to clients.
No Alexa support
It’s ok but the lack of Alexa support is cumbersome

I have used this for years ever I saw Michael Bublé talk about it on a chat show. It almost invariably sends me to sleep (I have ADHD so this is a major problem for me). Now I’ve retired my time is my own so I sleep and wake when it suits me so o often go to bed in the wee small hours. And when I need Calm, the app just doesn’t work. All I get is the screen saver. I cannot access the stories or the menu. So when I’m tired and literally fractious, I can’t access the calming I need. I have to delete and reload it, not fun when your mind is going a thousand miles an hour and you’re exhausted. There’s no access to Calm to ask them for help with this so I’ve had to resort to this. I didn’t want to make this public but I’ve just renewed my subscription and have to put up with another year of this.
Probably the best app for sleep...
