I’m so happy with CALO ! Amazing app , flexible with delivery , great quality food and choices! Delivery so professional and polite ! I already renewed my subscription coz i was so impressed! Saves time with cooking and you lose weight health way !

After trying so many meal plans, once I tried calo I never went back to any other restaurant. If you want the best meal plan and not worry about allergies, certain ingredients you don’t like etc. Calo is for you. I’ve been subscribed for almost 2 years on and off and was able to get closer to my weight goal with ease and with foods that I enjoy. They also have so many packages high protein, weight loss, vegetarian etc. whatever you need. They also have a nutritionist so you can talk about your goals but I have yet to try this feature honestly. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL. ANYTHING u need you can talk to them and they will resolve it. They have surpassed my expectations honestly. I got my entire family hooked as well on to this app. Best meal plan ever. 100% Deserves a try.

Best meal plan app

One of the best meal planning apps I’ve used… I have few suggestions: - add the possibility to export nutritions to Health. - add historical progress, not just for today’s date. - add the possibility to log food consumed outside Calo, e.g: drinks, other snacks and off days. - I’d love to have training plans, not just meals 😍
