This app has changed my life. I’m so glad I took a leap of faith and went Premium. The AI photo scan makes it so simple to log. There’s no excuse not to record and you can easily be honest with yourself. Love it. I highly recommend. And take the time to really explore it, there’s so many great tips and tools in this gem

One of the best apps of its kind. Scan the barcodes on food, save those regular items and add amounts. This is an excellent app.

I’m very happy with this app as it helps me to be mindful about what Im eating. HOWEVER Support was unwilling to help when I wanted to remove the app and said it was up to Apple to stop billing me not them. My credit card was charged another month after i tried to stop the payment. Apple of course wont respond. Very unhappy

This app is great, it’s just like myfitnesspal but way better, you get all the macros and nutrients without having to pay premium and the layout overall feels better. The app can track your calories needed/need to be burnt, water drink, steps, weigh ins, exercise etc. I’d highly recommended this app to anyone that wants to track their calories and nutrients but doesn’t want to pay for my fitnesspal premium, I’d even say it’s superior to it.

cool app

a super cool app with lots of pros, just could see how getting an eating disorder definitely is possible and not hard to get. Would be careful using this app as wouldn’t be hard to get a fear of calories and ed if put in the wrong hands. Super cool app though, has everything you could possibly want in an app. 👍🏼

Great app!

I started with the free app but have been so impressed by the simplicity, the help and how self motivated it is, I’ve purchased premium. It doesn’t do anything but what it says, which means it isn’t a magic bullet, but if you want to lose weight this has shown great results even in my first two weeks.

Helpful App

I am having success at losing weight using this app. It has corrected faulty thinking on my part. It is easy to use, has helpful tips, and imports exercise & and walking, which are used in calculating calorie needs. It is almost like having another person to bounce thinking off or from, which is a bonus in my situation. In almost two weeks, I've lost close to 5 kg, having changed to the Mediterranean Diet and using more carbs, which is new for me. Confusing carbohydrates with calories could be a common misconception and not peculiar to me. Thank you. I've been trying to lose weight for several years.
