Plus it tracks carbs for those on KETO, however it will not subtract fiber or alcohol sugars. Has a huge data base. Only downsides are that doesn’t have some modern foods like the new “zero” sodas and missing many artificial sweeteners. There are random foods that are way wrong like an herb (i can’t remember which) ..it was 300 calories for a tablespoon. But I knew it was off and omitted the item from daily consumption.
