## Calory Description
Calory is a calorie counter built for how Australians eat. It's quick to use and kind about it. Log your usual meals again in a tap, or snap a photo and check the estimate before it's saved.

Every feature is free during launch, Premium included, and there are no ads.

LOG FOOD YOUR WAY
- Search thousands of Australian foods with real portions, like "1 slice" or "1 can"
- Scan a barcode. New product? Scan its label and Calory remembers it
- Scan a nutrition label. Calory reads Australian panels per 100 g, kJ and all
- Snap a photo or describe your meal. The AI gives you a draft to check, with portion sliders and a quick question about oil or sauce
- Quick add just the calories, or enter the full details yourself
- Copy a meal to any day, star favourites and log "your usual" in one tap
- Build a recipe once, then log a serve whenever you cook it

MADE FOR AUSTRALIA
- Morning tea, afternoon tea and supper slots, if you want them
- Standard drinks for beer, wine, spirits, cider and pre-mixes
- Calory counts in calories. The label scanner reads kJ for you, and you can type kJ straight off a pack

MEET CALY
Caly is the apple who lives in Calory. Tell her "two eggs and toast at 8" and she'll set up the meal for you to confirm. Ask "what can I have for dinner?" and she'll suggest ideas that fit your day. She can also send one reminder a day, at a time you pick.

PLAN YOUR WEEK
- Weekly meal plans with a grocery list and an estimated cost for the supermarket you pick
- Training plans for the gym, at home or bodyweight only, with every set and rep
- A Monday review of how your week went

PROGRESS WITHOUT THE PRESSURE
- A weight trend that smooths out the daily ups and downs
- A protein target based on your goal weight, a bit higher if you lift
- Charts for calories, macros, water, steps, micronutrients and weight
- Streak freezes for busy days, and once a month you can repair a missed one

GOOD TO KNOW
AI only reads your food after you say yes, and you can switch it off in Settings. Export your data or delete your account in the app any time.

Calory gives estimates, not medical advice. AI estimates can be off, so check the portions. If you're pregnant, have a health condition or take medication, talk to your GP before changing how you eat.
