## Calsy Description
Calsy is a 21-day reset for people who are done with diets that drag on forever. You get a start line, a few rules a day, and an AI that logs your meals from a single photo. On Day 21 you step on the scale and see what changed.

No food diary. No weighing every bite. No willpower marathon. Twenty-one days you can actually finish, and habits that stay with you when they are over.

HOW THE 21-DAY RESET WORKS
1. Day 1: weigh in and take your start photo (optional)
2. Every day: scan your meals, drink your water, hit your steps
3. From Day 4 the bar rises: meals graded C or better, stay under your calorie budget, 30 minutes of movement
4. Day 21: final weigh-in, second photo, before-and-after side by side

The reset runs in four phases: See It, Clean It, Tighten It, Prove It. Each one asks a little more than the last, so it gets harder exactly as you get stronger.

RULES THAT TICK THEMSELVES
Other challenge apps are checklists you have to remember to tick. Calsy already knows you scanned two meals, logged your water and walked your steps, so the rule turns green on its own. You live your day. The app keeps score.
