The updated redeem voucher feature is still confusing with the tab that says use later. Most drivers would have safely assume that it says use now. The auto deduct system like the welcome $10 voucher remains the better, not confusing, ease of use n hassle-free option. Highly suggest that we dispense the birthday vouchers in an auto deduct manner. Thanks.

Really poor sign up experience, in particular the bit will you retrieve my Gmail account and then tell me that my email address is invalid right after you got it back from Google, would you’d expect the authority on whether an email is valid or not.

Takes 10 minutes to do this, and that’s without having to re-enter my payment details and all that other stuff. Why did we have to do this again? So you could push better ads? Not really thinking about your customers there are you…
