What’s the point in making people use this app when it doesn’t work and you have to do it the old way anyway

Useless App
Once registered - I cannot login as App freezes and keyboard won’t type. Restart iPhone 15 and I can type but freezes as soon as you hit next. Then restart phone and do the whole process again. Hope someone calls work admission time!
Terrible APP
Allianz is not an option.
Confusing
The app won’t download to my phone I just get an open icon from the App Store. To me it seems to be a very odd way to access the app interface 🤷♀️
Easy and convenient
So easy to fill in admission forms, saved a lot of paper and so much easier than hand writing them. Cant understand how that iPhone user said it was bad, probably just pressing the wrong buttons.
Great little app
I enjoyed having this app in the lead up to my stay. It has lots of information for the services at the hospital, a great section including video of preparing for your stay and it is just easy to use.
Does not work.
The app crashes when trying to register or log in. Can’t get any information out of it. Useless.
Newly downloaded app
As I am about to enter hospital I was told to download the app but I keep getting error messages and can’t actually login fully (done the setup and confirm email has been done) told to contact support but where is the support???
They should post the help desk number on the app
Further demonstration that health care should be public not private.
Poor customer service
The app may be suitable as an admission tool but is not useful to monitor a family member. It took 36 hours to update their status from pre-admission to in the ward. Thus updated at 12.01am and caused concern with a notification on a cardiac patient at that time of night. It took another 2 days to update for their next stage. If it is not timely it is not useful. You still had to ask staff on the ward which room.
