The download of CALXTHENICS is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use CALXTHENICS app, we offer one of the following options:

A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. I don’t know why so many people have rated this below 5 stars, but this app is awesome.

I was only 11 days in and people start asking unsolicited, “What have you been doing for exercise? You’re looking healthy”

Seriously, it’s awesome. It’s not unrealistic or going to consume your life.
The workouts are hard, but attainable for any fitness level. You can repeat these for life and have a full body regiment with nothing but a pull up bar and dip bars.

I knocked out the first 30 day program and got pretty good results. Would love to keep moving forward but the instructional videos are so bandwidth heavy I can’t preview many exercises. I’m traveling for work and have access to lower internet than back home. In comparison I can stream tv apps and YouTube videos other workout programs but not these. If there were updated videos or other ways to access it’d be great! I’ve had to move on to other programs because of it, but I’d love to be able to come back to CALXTHENICS.

The videos are helpful and ease of use of the app is good. The workouts are solid and well described for the most part. Had to view videos off site a few times to know what certain exercises were. Transformation is happening on Day 15 already, food intake is key or avoidance for that matter as well. Fuel for the body and keep the junk out! Food is 80% of it if you want better results!

I’m on an iPhone 14 Pro Max and sometimes the app logs me out and then I try to log back in but when I do it loads, doesn’t log me in, and it would take me forever to get back into the app. I love the workout schedules it got me RIPPED.

Day 1 workout completed. Had me winded, but felt good.. getting though it triggered some motivation I had lost in my same old routine with weights.. I’m a firefighter for the City Of Detroit and believe this will definitely help with stamina at fires and long days .At 44 years of age, this might just be the change I needed. Not that it wouldn’t be a program for this lazy generation of kids lol
