It keeps crushing. Awful customer service, can’t reach them, they repeat same sentence every time, like a robot. not very helpful with the issue at all, no customer support line, when I pause the account, I can’t use the app to pause it, and when it’s back on it doesn’t have notifications anything, and my hours got deducted automatically . Very helpless on this app. losing money. The connection is not stable sometimes.

It’s getting expensive day by day and it doesn’t worth the money you pay. You loose your minutes if you miss the week. It’s unfortunate.

Please give us an accent filter option on the calendar for group classes? And please, give us the possible to see the schedule availability of Teachers for group classes on the teacher's profile.

The last update is not good. Both the appointment creation interface and the course view from the phone are bad. We cannot see on the screen how many minutes are left until the end of the lesson. The lesson ends with bam without being able to wrap up the subject.
