Recently upgraded my watch, but I’m unable to add my member card to my apple wallet on my watch. App just sits at Activate Card screen but will not progress.
With the latest website and iOS app update, this works massively better with smoother everything and massively improved user experience.
Once you log in it takes you to a blank screen and you can’t do anything. The online website also doesn’t load. Need to make payments through this account and I haven’t been able to in a few days now.
Switching banks because this app hasn’t worked in a week, login and it takes me to a blank screen. The web page for their online banking won’t even load to let me login. No way to deposit my e transfers and bills coming out. Oh and their customer service is terrible. Literally driving to Cambrian now to cancel my services with them
Apparently you have to pay for the app now and I can't download to see my own bank account.
Running into “server is busy please try again later” error message when depositing a cheque. I have deleted and reinstalled, tried with data and with wifi but no success.
The app works, but recently my app looks like the coding might be off? It doesn’t have the proper design formatting and just displays the text of what should be formatted. Makes it hard to look at your past transactions. It is throughout the whole app. Otherwise when normal I love it and super easy to use and navigate.
App has been working perfectly until yesterday.I can logon just fine but then I get the spinning wheel of death. It hangs and hangs and hangs until I give up. What’s going on? It tells me that I have no Internet connection but that’s wrong. I am connected and everything else is working fine
Every time I try to deposit a cheque it tells me the server is busy and that I should try again.
