Search Features:

• CALD will understand and find a word from any grammatical form
• iOS Share. Select any text on Safari sites, emails and share with CALD to get words’ definitions

Why I can’t login to my Cambridge plus account

It isn’t convenient to use this dictionary for me because I pay it on my phone.

Rubbish

I can’t download the dictionary after I paid for the in-app purchase even though my iphone is connected to wifi. I restarted my pphone, restored purchase and tried to download the dictionary many times, it is still not successful. I went to Apple Shop, asked to solve the problem or ask for a refund. The problem cannot be solved and they asked me to cobtact the developer. I reported the problem to the developer, there is no response from them after half a month. The app is totally a rubbish! You cannot download the dictionary after you pay. The developer won’t response to you to solve the issue or for a refund. App Store said they are not responsible for the refund either. Update: just got the reply from the developer after a month. The dictionary can be downloaded eventually.

Synchronise Favourite and Flash Card between iPone and iPad

I used this App on iPhone and iPad for learning English. I found it really great and useful for non native people like me. It would be grateful if it can make use of iCould to synchronise my Favourite and Flash card between my two devices.

Excellent dictionary with bad UX

The dictionary is top notch but the whole user experience is far worse than dictionary.com. User shall be able to search words in a strike, by clicking again a search bar(which do not exists in the app when I am reading a definition), and search a new word again. Auto save words to flash card in dictionary will help too.

Good dictionary but not a good app

I think all the meaning of the vocab should be shown on the same page. It’s impossible for me to choose which meaning I need explanation as I don’t know the meaning front the start. Also it would be better if it’s easier to go back to the homepage after checking. It takes me more time when I need to check many words.

Trash app

The free Cambridge dictionary website is even more powerful than this app with charge.
