I hope the developers will restore memo display on the next version upgrade. -- 5678chinglishgal, 2026-04-03 ### *---- "Worse than before" I bet they paid a lot of money to some contractor to get a worse app than before. Please don’t do this to your customers -- Bridget646, 2026-03-27 ### **--- "Not an Improvement" This new app is just awkward to navigate. It’s harder than the old app. It involves more steps and more digging to get to where you want to go. Additionally they’ve removed the small calculator which was helpful to have on the screen. I don’t know why they put this app up unless it’s supposed to be better for the bank itself. -- Creative_Connections, 2026-03-24 ### *---- "New App is shameful" Does CSB take the time to actually take into account its customers and their opinions. This new App is inferior in design. -- Wavea, 2026-03-18 ### *---- "New app is clunky and slow" Why did they try to fix what wasn’t broken? Old app was clean, quick and simple. This new one is horrible in every way. It’s slower and the UI is ugly and counterintuitive. Feels like it was made in 2010 -- maxman22, 2026-03-14 ### ***-- "Not as bad as others said" I was very worried about this new app, given all the negative feedback. I was able to transfer everything over quickly and able to deposit checks, which is the only thing I do on the app. One QOL feature that did not make the migration is that the check deposit feature no longer detects and fills in the check amount so you have to do it manually. It would be nice if they added this back in. -- NickLR, 2026-03-08 ### *---- "Can we award negative stars?" This app is like something out of 2017. Everything takes more clicks than before. Finding what you need is much harder. Clearly not chosen for user experience. -- 9Nickname99, 2026-03-07 ### *---- "Remember me login feature is broken" For those of us with complicated passwords this has been such a pain! The app has an option to remember your username and password but it doesn't work so you have to login every time. The old app used to work so much better. I hate this update. -- Sgngrhbyukn, 2026-03-06 ### *---- "Fix whats not broken" Why did you ruin a good app? Did your developers need to justify their work? They didn’t. Thanks for the major inconvenience -- Ehduebc, 2026-03-03 [View all Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Cambridge Savings Bank (CSB) Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/cambridge-savings-bank-csb-fiuy/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/cambridge-savings-bank-csb-fiuy/australia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/cambridge-savings-bank-csb-fiuy/norway) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
