### *---- "Not working"

-- Issa90gmail, 2025-05-03

### *---- "Terrible app"
Crashes more time than it actually works.
When you type your email and password you cannot see what you are typing.
You can do very little from the app.
It is terrible to use and definitely not user friendly. Please fix this app, it is a nightmare!
-- Mirel_chan, 2025-01-28

### *---- "Horrible app"
When trying to log in can’t even see what im typing. When i log in try to make a payment it fails for some reason i just gave us and had to call, even the website is terrible. I’m a web developer myself so i can definitely say it’s as a absolute poor job

### *---- "Not acceptable"
I tried different way to access my account , unfortunately I never received the code access. Not only the service is poor but the water too . I have stayed nearly 10 months in Derbyshire and there is no comparison on the water quality :(
