Worst Service. Payment not refunded
Worst platform i have ever seen. I have placed cameo request 2 times from celebrities. Not a single time my request got delivered. Also they have not refunded my money. I did follow up multiple times with their customer care on mail but they are not able to resolve my issue. Seems like a scam. I will not recommend this to anyone

No video yet no refund
Debited my account and never got video. They won’t give you any refund if the talent refuses to do your video. BE CAREFUL GUYS!!!! Their customer support talks as if they don’t know what refund even means.

Is this gambling?
You pay up front to write a short message, but there’s no guarantee of any response. Isn’t that gambling - paying for a chance reward? That there’s no requirement for them to respond to decline, your left waiting for a week to see if they do or not. Without complete transparency, there’s no proof your message gets to the person you’ve chosen. Cameo could simply take the money and claim the person saw your message and just didn’t accept. Easy money for them. I feel scammed, so cannot recommend this to anyone.

I have had some success and some disappointment. Hard to get the “stars” to actually fulfill the requests. At least the actresses of Charmed. Tried several times, never happens. Also, I can’t seem to get a refund. They will allow me to use it on someone else, but that’s not the point. Should allow people to get their money back.
