The company’s software was not compatible so I tried to cancel the subscription. After wasting 30 minutes I finally read the review and learned how to do it in my phone’s settings. It shouldn’t be that hard. I suspect this company is ripping off consumers by charging a very high WEEKLY rate, and then hoping the customer can’t figure out how to end the subscription. -- Not so great!, 2024-09-21 ### *---- "Trying to cancel my subscription" I’ve contacted them twice and I’m no longer needing this app I want to cancel my subscription. I looked in the cancel subscriptions and this app is not there. At this point I feel like this is a scam do not use this app. -- nay shook, 2024-08-31 ### *---- "“Scammer” App!" There’s no need for this app because the iPhone 12 Pro Max and subsequent versions have their own internal scanner! I was paying $10/week for this for an archive project and after a long time I learned that I was completely wasting money. You don’t need this app!! Criminal!! -- Rocknar66, 2024-08-20 ### *---- "Fraud" Never fall for the trick of these scammers. Be aware to download this app. -- igor_galan, 2024-04-10 ### *---- "Charges while on free trial" Stupid app, charged me a week after for something a used literally one day, while on the free trial. Never using this expensive crap app every again. -- John12334567, 2023-09-15 ### *---- "Unable to cancel subscription and still being charged" Please send instructions on how to cancel this subscription. I am still being charged a fee after the expiration -- meelahhhhh, 2023-07-30 ### *---- "I am furious about this weekly charge" I had no idea I was being charged weekly for this app. I have racked up an insanely large bill. This is insanely upsetting. -- Keaisocoollike, 2023-07-22 ### *---- "Bordering on a scam" Low effort app based around sneakily charging you weekly. The “auto-detection” for documents automatically takes a picture like it’s on a timer. It seems purposefully obnoxious. Geniuses with transparent thumbs designed the edge cropping so it zooms under your finger with no other ways to reference where you set it. Sometimes I feel like creators of the better mainstay apps make these apps so you go back with no other options. Just remember to cancel your subscription quick in the App Store. -- SkipptheTipp, 2023-06-06 ### **--- "Subscription" I downloaded this app and was trying the free subscription for a month. It had not even been a month. Y'all already charged me for a month and the free trial has not even expired. -- BabyUnicornGirl, 2023-05-26 ### *---- "This app is a joke" I need to scan something to my phone so that I can email it so I downloaded this app and you have to pay $.99 to send the document. No thanks -- Tallblondee, 2023-05-02 [View all Camera Scanner - PDF reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Camera Scanner -
