Excellent App/work simple
V4.1.90 working fine on many different Seller camera that work with the CamHi Pro App. Problem can come from low quality MicroSD card added in camera ( include can’t download or fail to save the video ) because the quality of the card is not Class 10 or maybe worn out, wifi signal of less than 80% will do similar issues, to be checked before blaming the App. V4.1.73 this update add the PlayBack event Button in the main screen à newer easy way to navigate to the recordings.The connection of Wifi is not always compatible with all Router, if your camera lose connection to Wifi make a test with a different brand of Wifi/Router before blaming in the review .V4.1.40 this update do support more camera that have dual lens and don’t support 5G camera but this has nothing to do with the App. It’s the hardware of the Wifi of the camera that determine if it’s support 5G Wifi or not so do not blame the App. For that.V4.1.17 now add the possibility to reposition the order presented in the App of the installed camera to be more convenient in everyday used to view your cameras, also a more intuitive way of deleting camera within the App. By swiping left to show the delete menu .V4.1.15 do correct the lost of camera that happened when we did install version V4.1.14 Thank you for this quick correction. We should always read the reviews before downloading and installing a new version from the App Store ( wait a few days won’t hurt and come to read the reviews before doing it ).i suggest to( keep the auto update App. Off in your App.Store setting of your phone) to prevent this kind of situation from happening.( you know you can edit the review you left to add star or correct the review you left to give the programmer an appréciation of his good work )V4.0.75 update added status of camera connection ( green Online, blue Connecting ,orange incorrect password )excellent add-on to this easy to used APP. Work perfectly on IPHONE 12-13 and 6S with iOS 15.6.1 .Nice feature that are camera model dépendant to control the camera feature. Work flawlessly on the many camera that I have bought( 60+ ) from various vendor over the years . Some camera from some vendor might have Firmware flaw and or Hardware Flaw that has nothing to do with the App. This App. is upgraded regularly by the programmer and he does an excellent work. Do not leave bad reviews if you might have poor WiFi or Hardware failure( or come Back to edit your review ) once you found the issue .You might ask your vendor for
Downloading videos had no sound
It’s a new problem with this app we can’t download a video from the app through our phone with the sound! Help me fix it @Camhipro Team

Update has stopped my camera from connecting to the app
Since the most recent update my camera won’t connect to the app. Something was recently stolen from my door and the camera could show me who took it but it won’t work!!

The shed is 45' from my house. And lose connection time to time. Now it's not been connected for six. Months and won't reconnect. Going to look for a refund.

App keeps going offline and won’t comeback
Can’t get connected
Only can connect if you are home using your home wifi. But if you goes outside and using cell data no connection at all.
