Never works after update

The camera never moves around after any updates and reboot from App doesn’t do anything . Getting frustrated and considering changing make.

Terrible

Terrible terrible app. You will waste hours trying to get this to work but sadly to no avail. Do not download it.

App issues

The app will not show alarm recordings when notifications come up today, something’s changed!

Rubbish

The camera is very good and clear and the sound on it is very clear. However app is awful. Constantly losing connection is frustrating. I have switched the camera off to get the app to work, unfortunately this hasn’t helped.

Reliable app

One of many apps that I use for cctv and is the most stable and responsive one. Straight forward to use and does what I need.

Don’t buy the camera, rubbish and no support

Bought the camera and powered up on the tabletop and all seemed ok. After hanging on the wall could no longer connect to the camera even with my phone next to it. No wifi transmission from the camera. Emailed support and had no response at all. Now packing up the box and sending back. Utter waste of time and money

Poor

The app set up is fine viewing the camera is fine but when you have a 360 camera and it does not behave to the detection zones you have set it becomes a huge issue sort it out

The record button not recording.

The app is okay to setup the camera but when you press the record button and move on to the next page, it doesn’t retain last position of record. The intelligent mode is okay. Please look into this and resolve/ update the code behind the record button.

Dropped

I’m guessing the latest update has problems. To be fair it wasn’t too difficult to set up, could of been a little easier,but now I’m knackered. The camera appears to work as the lights come on when I appear in view but I wouldn’t know as all I get in the app is connecting. I can’t get into the settings as it won’t let me. I’ve scanned the QR Code and still nothing to get it going. Taking it down if this is the reliability of the security system

Another update - not working again

Why? Every time there is an update, this app seems to stop connecting to my camera, please sort this, again :-(
