Insists on sending your order to a branch 9km away when I live less than 1km from another one. Of course it’s not clear that you’ve ordered from one 9km away until after you’ve handed over your money.

App does not work properly. When I go to pay I’m told that I’m missing either protein or side dish (even though I have chosen both), this leaves me with no choice but to ring up with my order.  Waste of time!!!!

The app has a nice design, but there are significant issues preventing successful online ordering. It does not allow amendment of address details. Although it recognizes the address with the postcode, it removes the postcode itself when added to the order. There is no option to manually add the postcode, which prevents me from completing the order. Additionally, even if there is a Camile restaurant close to my address, the app automatically assigns a much further location and does not allow manual changes.

If only the devs might ever fix this glitch, the app has never worked.  Despite entering a correct postcode, we are presented with the announcement that we need to enter a valid postcode! Unusable…

Devs, listen up! New version is slightly better but doesn’t have an option to view your order for collection after paying (even when logged into your account) so have to sometimes ring and confirm it went through. Also, would be handy to be able to choose pay in store for collection.

You can’t see your order history, randomly tells me the store is closed when it isn’t, very slow to load. It’s a real pity that this fantastic place has a bad app / ordering experience.
