First of all, this app doesn’t download like an app. You have to access it thru the App Store every time. 9 out of 10 times it gives an error message stating system connection error that the app can’t connect to your school district at this time. For a parent that likes to check their child’s grade daily, this is beyond frustrating. I’m not sure why any school system would rely on this app. It’s awful.

This app has so much potential to keep parents informed. However it is constantly crashing to the point where you I can’t access any information.

How can this be possible. Terrible.

Not user friendly. Causes app to crash. Sends you to Google page and then “errors” out.

I am not able to download the app.

This app never works. Waste of the school system’s and parent’s time.

When you look at the absence requests, for some reason it sorts from old to new so I have to look at absence requests from 2022 and scroll past 10 pages to get to the request I submitted yesterday. Please fix this, there’s no way to sort by new or even complain about this on the app.

The app keep loading when click in and is not loading schedule and assignments.

Messages seem permanently marked new with no way to mark as read. The hey do not unmarked as new after reading. This is basic, basic stuff. How is this hard?

I get notifications 10x daily about low funds in my child’s lunch account, my child has over 100 in the account but yet I get daily notifications that there is zero dollars in there, it’s annoying and the app is a joke!
