There’s nothing that I hate more on this earth than Canada Post

Should have better navigation easier to use and always with a way to get back/homepage. Right up there with Cdn Tire and Walmart for frustrating times.

Unhelpful tracking that is inaccurate late and dishonest. No accountability. Living of the public utter with over paid incompetent and arrogant people.

Our mailman is so friendly and helpful. It’s such a pleasure interacting with him. Especially my parcels, they always arrive faster than expected which is great. The app is perfect. I am always aware of what’s happening and when my items will arrive. No complaints whatsoever.

I sent out registered mail on April 17, 2024 from Bathurst, NB and the letter has not been delivered. I have a tracking numbering of which I reported to Canada Post (ticket was issued). The delivery, according to the app, always suppose to be delivered on May 24,2024. To date no confirmation of delivery. Very disappointed with this situation.

J’ai pris la peine d’écrire l’adresse du comptoir postal La PERADE pour être certain que mes produits de santé pour lesquels j’avais payé $460,37 ne seraient pas perdus comme cela s’était déjà produit. Après avoir écrit à la compagnie, j’ai découvert ce matin qu’ils étaient restés au comptoir postal pendant presque deux semaines sans que je reçoive une carte m’indiquant qu’il y avait un colis pour moi au comptoir postal. Ces produits sont maintenant inutilisables! J’ai donc demandé à la compagnie en question de faire une réclamation à Poste Canada pour obtenir un remboursement intégral puisque c’est cette compagnie qui a payé les frais de poste. J’espère que la situation va se régler rapidement. Merci! Jacques Ménard
