PAID $90+ Letter, TIME SENSITIVE, but NOT DONE in a TIMELY COMPLETION! ) TOOK 5 Weeks + instead of 7 days!!! I NEED to be COMPENSATED!

I’ve had too many items go “missing”. Packages and cards I was waiting to receive and cards that were sent to my address or others. HORRIBLE

There is such a small period to be able to pay your taxes online (plus it doesn’t work 100%…). Even when the item is listed as processed, there is still a delay, and next thing u know u have to pick up at a post office 😒 What are the chances a customer will be awake at 3 or 5 am to pay taxes???

Doesn’t work with a post office box at the main post station in downtown Edmonton, but I didn’t find this out until I gave my personal info and signed up. Now I might as well delete the app. Why can’t they state something as obvious as this on the app site so people don’t waste their time!

Just another bad programmer’s job

This institution has the opportunity to be one of the most powerful companies in Canada. And yet there is no attempts to evolve with the changing technologies and needs of the common people. It would be most beneficial if someone with vision was introduced to the team.
