Can’t Load Visa By App

For starters the app doesn’t even allow you to full full the transfer. I get a error each time. It says Fulfill eTransfer Request Operation unavailable. Please try again later or contact our call center: 1.877.958.8588. If you’re with a credit union good luck. Don’t waste your breathe. Might as well go in person.

Every time I try to load funds via the app by requesting money to my Desjardins bank account it says that it was unable to process the request. Is it normal?
