There is a lot of misinformation and code references missing. A lot of the questions are from quizly which is free. Also some answers were different post 24 hours. Proceed with caution if using this as a tool to prepare for plumbing red seal. Better off spending your 60$ on the ipt training manual. You will have to double check a lot of correct and incorrect answers and do your own referencing. So you might as well study on your own without the app. I had high hopes this would be good but chatgpt might be a better study buddy. More accurate.

You locked me out of my account for no reason at all other than to force me to buy your app again if I need to use it. I paid 60$ I want my money back.

I even wrote a review using my email for a question you had wrong, actually multiple times.

And when i go to “Verify My Account” it say my account doesnt exist under the same email I used to contact you about my problems. And you even gave me a response!

This is clearly on purpose I will get as many people to report your app as possible unless I'm given a full refund I don't want my account back.

You’ll only see a few of these questions on the exam if any I find it to be slightly outdated as some of the questions were from from codes changing in the 2020 book. Found it good for getting used to exam type questions but wouldn’t recommend only using this to study. Decent for practice but the price should be about half of what it is

The question bank and different categories is great, lots of variety and can be divided up into specific sections to help fine tune your knowledge. Really big fan of the instant feedback feature for the practice exams. The answer section needs to be improved drastically, anything involving fractions of numbers seems to incorrect quite often. For example, 1/2” will usually appear as 1 2” on the answer selection of the exams. I have also noticed some answers that have been blatantly incorrect. Anything I have noticed as incorrect we have sent to the developer. Overall a pretty good study tool and hope to see improvements!
