Omg guys… My boyfriend and I started long distance not too long ago and this app has been there for us through it all. We both love and enjoy this app as it has allowed for us to easily express our love to one another in many ways that bring us closer even with the distance. Recently, we both had accidentally forgotten to continue our streak, and especially with the time zone differences it added to it. Candle was kind enough to restore my boyfriend and I’s streak after we told them our situation and we couldn’t be more grateful to them. This app has helped our relationship to grow and even has kind workers that are willing to help in that aspect as well. 10/10‼️

I’m writing this because I had a frustrating experience with the app that I think other users should know about.
A few days ago, the app logged me out unexpectedly. When I tried to log back in, somehow I ended up creating a brand new account — even though I used the same email that was already tied to my existing account. I don’t know how the app allowed that. It seems like a serious oversight.
Now I’m stuck: I can’t access my original account, and the new one is meaningless. I’ve lost access to all my previous settings, data, or whatever was in that original account.

This app has been very fun to use with my fiancé the random questions are really fun. I’m actually still surprised by some of the answers even after 4 years. The only issue I came across was my girl’s app logged her out and she wasn’t able to get back in. I just reached out and the dev team was able to help get access again. They were very responsive. Love the app, would recommend for any relationship regardless of how long you’ve been together it’s very fun.

I’ve been using it for a few days and I like it. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the questions with my parter are out of sync. She gets 3 different questions from mine and then I need to go to the new page and also answer her questions separately. If the questions were the same there would be no need of this “extra” steps.
