My game won’t start, im at level 978..please fix it

This used to be my addiction
I used to play this game eery single day. At that time, I would've given it 5 stars since I loved the adorable designs, how easy it was to play, how cuter it was compared to candy crush, and how I can play it offline. Plus...I shipped the prince and the Alice in wonderland-like character. The dog was cute too. But then, they updated the app and I had high expectations of the game since I loved it then. Unfortunately, it couldn't redeem itself (in my opinion). The prince was gone, the concept of wonderland had been changed to a circus, not as cute as before, it's not as easy to play anymore, and I'm not sure if it's still available offline. Overall, I'm really disappointed in the game. I wish they could have at least kept the user friendly easy gaming or the wonderland feel to it. Oh well...

Okay what the heck. I was already at I think level 500+ and then the game got unsupported so I'm told to download the latest version. Okay then, fine. But upon downloading it, even after syncing with my previous progress, I'm back at level 1. Really?? Please fix this..
