## CANImmunize Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Logs me out"
Every time I try to access it I get errors. It doesn’t let me login. Tells me there’s an error with my login info. I can login on the desktop perfectly fine. But when I use this app it logs me out and then won’t let me login back in. I end up having to uninstall and reinstall to be able to access my own data. Frustrating experience
-- Jinx23, 2024-11-01

### ***** "Disconnect VPN before attempting to log in to app"
I was having issues attempting to log in to the app. After contacting support I realized that it was because I was connected to a VPN. Now I just make sure to pause the VPN before launching the app and everything is great. The app is very handy and provides notifications when I’m due for a specific vaccine, etc.
-- lynnceline, 2024-10-07

### **--- "Still can’t open up after recent update"
Unfortunately, I still cannot open the app after this your most recent update of today. I believe the reason for the update was to fix this very issue but it still has not on my iphone.
-- AAAaaaa123!!!, 2023-11-28

### *---- "Good - but can no longer print the yellow vaccination cards."
I used to be able to print the yellow vaccination cards. Important that I can.

Now I can’t access ANY of my records - I can see hubby's, but when I click on my name, the app closes! Totally non-responsive by email. Don’t put all your eggs in this basket
-- DotLR, 2023-10-29

### ***** "App fixed"
App was crashing when I tried to open the records. I emailed the help account, received feedback the next day. App fixed two days later on Oct 26, 2023.

Excellent app for tracking vaccines and for providing reliable vaccine/health information.
-- Brad Doell, 2023-10-26

### ***-- "App crashing now"
Have been using this app for years and love it. Likely the latest OS update is causing the app to crash as soon as I click on a name to view/update records. Please fix it and I’ll update this review.

Update:
After confirming all my records were in the cloud by logging in to the website, I deleted and reinstalled the app. The crashing has stopped but now when I looks at our records, there are duplicate entries. Hopefully the app just needs to sync and not our data is corrupted.
-- yyhkitty, 2023-10-26

### *---- "Same issue as everyone else"
App crashes every time I try to open my personal records now.
-- Eliza910, 2023-10-26

### *---- "Info disappeared"
Recently ai uploaded info on a vaccine for Shingrex .
When I looked at a .pdf to send my doctor with all previous vaccines etc I realized all my previous data is gone ?
Not impressed and I contacted help app portion and they referred me to Google or Apple !
Just admit it’s gone !
-- ronscottparts, 2023-10-25

### *---- "App crashes"
The app crashes when opening personal records. Was a great app until a few months ago. I have reached out to support several times but only received an automated response. Lost all vaccination records.
-- Kahshi 10, 2023-10-24

### *---- "Problems"
App used to work great but today tried to update my information and every time I press on my name it bumps me right out of the app. Tried logging out and back in again but same problem.
-- Jellybeanzif, 2023-10-17
