Running on iPad mini, latest OS. Regardless of how many chords I enter. But does look promising. -- Jackster847, 2026-04-19 ### ***** "Chord Progression Inspiration" I just downloaded the app and I am truly loving the progressions I created in only a short period of time. It has a nice clean, and easy to use interface. The ability to add a random chord, select from 3 chords at the bottom, or customize the next chord is great. For some reason the midi output and the share keep crashing the app on my iPad Air iOS 18.7.2. If the midi export was fixed I’d be in love with this app. I took screenshots to save the progressions I liked them so much. Great app, just needs a quick fix on the midi export and share functionality. Great for chord progression inspiration. Update - the midi export and share features work well on iOS 26.2, the issues i had were on iPad iOS 18.7.2 -- cmruko, 2026-03-05 ### ***** "Great tool for teaching and creating!!" As a teacher, this app is a great way to let students bring technology into the classroom and explore chords, song writing, and aural/written theory! Also great for personal creativity when you experience writers block -- Jessica18911, 2026-01-10 ### ***** "Awesome" I’m always looking for tools that help me write better songs, not just faster ones. And this app helps me tons! It’s great for experimenting with chord progressions and finding more unique arrangements when I feel stuck. The sharing feature/MIDI exporting is a huge bonus too! Clean, easy to use, and songwriter friendly! -- water, natures milk, 2026-01-09 ### ***** "Making music never felt so good!" Both pros and novices could use it as a launching place to write beautiful music! -- jqb the dude, 2026-01-09 ### ***** "Best Songwriting and Progression app there is right now!!" This is my husband’s app and he worked really hard on it!!! I love the aesthetics of the app! My favorite thing is that the chords are limitless and you can just go on forever with the chord options. Love the bold colors and design!! I think you’d be hard pressed to find a better songwriting/progression tool than this one!! -- ALYSSASHADE, 2026-01-08 ### ***** "No more writers block" Love this app, it’s a great way to get inspired for your next song. Instant DAW export is super convenient. -- dps0101, 2026-01-08 ### ***** "GAME CHANGING App!!" This app is hands down one of the most helpful music related apps I’ve ever used. It makes chord progressions feel intuitive and simple. I’ve honestly had a lot of fun with it so far, and think it’s an awesome tool as well. The interface is super easy to use and navigate, and feels intuitive. If you write, produce, or just enjoy playing around with chords, this app is definitely worth downloading. Super thoughtfully designed and I highly recommend it!!! -- Shdhdhndjdjdksksnchdjdn, 2026-01-07 [View all Canon reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Canon Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/united-states) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/germany) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/sweden) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/brazil) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/belize) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/chile) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/denmark) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/ecuador) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/finland) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/hungary) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/italy) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/kuwait) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/sri-lanka) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/north-macedonia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/mexico) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/pakistan) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/paraguay) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/singapore) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/slovakia) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/uganda) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/australia) - [Uruguay](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/uruguay) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/belgium) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/canon-chord-composer-apey/brunei) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
