Canon PRINT

This is possibly the worst printer ever! Connection is patchy, printing is temperamental and ink lasts 5 seconds.

It should be so simple to do what I want to do. Scan a document to my phone. But seemingly ZERO facility to do so! App is nothing but useless garbage. Thanks for wasting my time.

So cool. But please make it so that you can have it print in the background. This would mean so much to me personally, as well as many other users - I’m sure.

The app platform is great to use when saving document as a pdf & then going to print when the safari method isn’t working.

Terrible ability to print black and white from colour photo comes out purple

I’ve been using this to print my Flight Itineraries through my phone for years but I don’t know what update you made, now I always have the message that the document is too large to print from my phone. How can someone print now if they don’t have a laptop? Useless update.

Connection drops in and out, definitely not a network issue as my last few printers worked perfectly, the connection between the phone and the printer is also extremely slow, this is a step backwards

At first I was unsure if I had made the right choice, but this printer exceeds my expectations, so simple to use once you work it out, maybe instructions could be easier for non tech heads. No need for a computer/laptop just prints so easily from my iPhone and iPad.

Can’t do much with the photos in terms of alignment or adjusting size or borders or adding text. You have to do all your adjustments of the photo somewhere else and then add it to the app. It would have made it exceptional if you could so photo adjustments and text adding feature. Also connectivity to the printer is not always reliable.

Canon Print has been a very good area/app. However, the reason I rated it 4 stars is because when I do something wrong, it doesn’t tell me what to do very clearly, so I have to figure it out on my own, and sometimes I’m in a rush, so it’s kinda annoying. Also, it should tell you what the function does at the bottom so I fon’ have to try every single one, cause then it’s kinda weird and time keeping. But otherwise, it’s really good!
