Canoo 2.0 has been redesigned and rebuilt from top to bottom to address the most serious issues of the old app and pave the way for an amazing range of new features and benefits.
First things first: the signup and signin processes are a lot easier and a lot more reliable. Problems scanning documents should be a thing of the past!
We have also expanded the range of benefits Canoo members can access to include sports, concerts, community activities, and exclusive deals from Canada’s leading brands.
Our brand new design takes inspiration from the “trail blaze”: the painted lines that mark your path as you hike through the magnificent beauty of Canada. These lines always tell you where you are, where you’re going, and most importantly, when you have arrived at your destination. We hope that Canoo will be your trail blaze as you explore the country you’ve chosen to call home.
Canoo provides newcomers with free VIP access to over 1,400 of our country’s most exciting cultural and outdoor experiences.
From the Vancouver Art Gallery and the Nova Scotia Museum of Natural History, to Wood Buffalo National Park and the Royal Ontario Museum, Canoo gives you and up to four children unlimited free admission to the best places in Canada for one full year. This includes hundreds of national and provincial and other nature experiences..
Canoo also gives you and up to four children a one-time discount of 50% off VIA Rail Canada travel anywhere across the country, and a one-time discount of 15% for domestic travel with Air Canada (maximum four tickets).

This app and its benefits are amazing
I am loving this app so much!! I have had the chance to use it in the AGO, in Little Canada and attended a wonderful performance in the Meridian Theatre. Everything has been amazing and free thanks to Canoo!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Hope to continue to develop
I used couple times recently. I mean museum is easy to access this. But for some is always have trouble. The agent always try to help. But it will not convenient for users. So I hope the software developers could continue to develop this App. On the another hand, we also hope could work more event and places for free. And open to 2 years instead 1 year. Everyone too busy now, even registered it, and no time to travel.

Frustrating!
As many others have mentioned, registration is incredibly difficult due to scanning my document. After about an hour I got lucky and it finally scanned. Excitedly, I opened the app only to find that the text continues down the screen without the ability to scroll down and read it. 🤦🏼♀️ This is infuriating.
The best place to visit with kids!
Amazing place with kind and dedicated staff! I really appreciated! Thank you Canoo for free entrance in great place like Little Canada for 1 year!
The app crashed when I register and never come back
The app crashed and i restarted it but the whole app is a black screen. Please fix it
Complete waste of time
Updated - April 16, 2024 Hi Andrew, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I have received from you and your team. Despite multiple follow-up emails over the past three weeks, my queries remain unanswered. This lack of response is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. While I understand your team may be small, a three-week delay in addressing my concerns is not excusable. Your disregard for my repeated attempts to contact you is just the opposite of good customer service. Updated - April 11, 2024 Andrew from Canoo sent me the following email and nothing has happened until today. Unfortunately there has been no response so far, despite my three follow-up emails…..complete radio silence. TERRIBLE SUPPORT!!! Canoo Mobile App (Canoo) Mar 25, 2024, 12:07 p.m. EDT Hi Ameen, thanks for reaching out. Please expect a response form Gaurav before Wednesday and no sooner! Andrew Canoo CSS What’s the point of building an app that fails in the first stage of registration. Uninstalled the app several times and yet it will not scan the UCI number. Guess the developer skipped the testing phase!!!
