Fix your app.

I’ve been writing notes on a pdf in this app for literal hours, I exited the app, then when I came back everything I wrote down was erased. All of it. Hours of progress gone. How do you get away with this? So many Universities use this app, millions of students depend on you, yet you lot are this incompetent that you can’t even get the note taking functionality to work as normally?

I want the old dark mode back

Request password but never send me email

I requested for password reset. But they didn’t sent the email to me. I have wait for the whole day, idk how long is that gonna take…I feel so hopeless. Because of that I missed my online exam.

The apps cannot be used when I was not in Australia

Worse than the website in every way

The app has multiple features missing compared to the website itself. Such as the ability to join groups. Also half the time lecture videos do not load in the app when they do on the website. I hope that this app gets looked at soon.
