This is a bad app. I can’t figure it out. Maybe I’m the problem but I would like to think it’s just BAD

Easy to read

It’s easy to use. Very easy to get around and labelled well. I only wish I could change the colours of my classes to the ones I’ve already colour coded.

Poor UI, adding courses not displaying correctly each time I start it.

This is a useful educational app, but I can see at least three massive faults. 1. I have received almost 150 notifications tonight for one event. 2. Many of the features available on the website (such as looking at my students' results together on one page) are not available on the app. 3. I have to login far too often, I only use one iPad, is it necessary to have to login repeatedly?

It may just be my school I’m logging into, but I recently got a new phone number. I changed the two step verification number to match the new one, and it was fine for a few months. Then, I call a help desk to unlock another account through canvas due to “inactivity”, when I wasn’t aware it existed, and lo and behold, my phone number is changed back. I have missed several big assignments due to this mishap, and every time I try to send the code through an email, it sends me back to the login. I CANNOT LOG IN WITHOUT A CODE. Ridiculous! I’ve never had a problem so persistent until I started using this app.

I can no longer view my grades or complete my assignments on the iOS app.
