It is my first time spend time to rate an app as it is really tooooo unprofessional! I don’t trust this app can mange my money. After calling , emailing , messaging the customer services to ask the application status , finally the customer service decides to reply my message after 3 weeks. But the response is asking for my details. What did you do over that last 3 weeks? If I did not call , you just not do anything ? Very unprofessional and trust less. -- Very disappointed_user, 2025-03-27 ### *---- "Avoid this service" I don’t think I’ve ever written an app review, but needed to for this one since I cannot overstate how bad the customer service is. They take days to respond if they ever actually do and they never actually sent out the card I ordered. When I complained they took 5 days to respond and tell me they’ll have to reorder the card if it hadn’t arrive yet. Don’t bother, use Wise instead. -- ExasperatedeEel, 2024-11-12 ### *---- "Top up to e-wallet took weeks to materialise" Sad state of affairs. Money was somewhere in digital space but it just wont load up into my e-wallet. By the way theres a review by a user gbullworthy. Guess what? Shes the founder of Canvas! -- DucEvo, 2023-10-22 ### ***** "Super useful" Use this daily for both kids and my helper. -- gbullworthy, 2023-04-20 ### *---- "Half-backed product" Steer away from this app, gives more headaches than facilitating your payment flows, highly unreliable application with poor customer service. -- AlCoKa22, 2022-11-23 ### *---- "Unable to add a credit card" Great concept but cannot execute. -- Igivehonestreviews88, 2022-10-27 ### *---- "Cannot sign up (credit card error)" I read previous reviews and it seems that they have been having problems l credit card errors for over 2 months now. I just tried to subscribe and the error prevents me from doing anything. This is a half baked product, I recommend to stay away until they sort things out. -- marrantbob, 2022-10-22 ### *---- "It’s not working." Couldn’t subscribe because I kept getting error messages saying my credit cards were invalid. Contacted the help team which said they’re having issues with new credit card payments and thus can’t take any new signups and that they don’t have any timeline for when this will be resolved. -- J_o_81, 2022-09-07 ### *---- "The Worst Wever" Cleaver idea in theory but in reality, not so much. I’m not able to register the card as the owner, contacted support numerous times including calling but no response. Worst customer service ever. How could you call yourself a service provider when you don’t provide any service? 🤔 -- BHNKU, 2021-10-13 ### *---- "So many limitations" Wanted to create a card account for the purpose of household budgeting, but can’t register a card for the owner and its only for DH and child. Can’t use the mobile used to register for the app. Ugh! -- camzdoodles, 2021-09-23 [View all Canvas Card pocket money app reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Canvas Card pocket money app - [moolahPAY](https://apptail.io/app/moolahpay-lXJ/singapore) - [Shaheen money](https://apptail.io/app/shaheen-money-MgN/singapore) - [uLinkcard](https://apptail.io/app/ulinkcard-PZP/singapore) - [Get - Kids & Teens Banking](https://apptail.io/app/get-kids-teens-banking-BJab/singapore) - [DelytePay](https://apptail.io/app/delytepay-iNjb/singapore) - [Connect by FlexM](https://apptail.io/app/connect-by-flexm-dakb/singapore) - [MatchMove Superspeed](https://apptail.io/app/matchmove-superspeed-Lqal/singapore) - [Vivid e-Wallet](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-e-wallet-Wqal/singapore) - [UniFi - Spend, Send, and Save](https://apptail.io/app/unifi-spend-send-and-save-hxip/singapore) - [YONO SBI Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/yono-sbi-singapore-mRTt/singapore) ## Canvas Card pocket money app Available In - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/singapore) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/united-kingdom) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/sri-lanka) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/philippines) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/australia) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/canvas-card-pocket-money-app-lox/indonesia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
