## Canview Description
Canview manages prescriptions for patients, providing streamlined order tracking and consultation reminders.

* Receive, track and manage your own prescriptions
* Receive order delivery notifications straight through the app and via SMS
* Order repeats direct with your pharmacy
* Know when to book follow up consultations

How does it work?

1. After your consult with a Canview prescribing doctor, you will receive an e-prescription via SMS
2. Download the Canview app and verify your account
3. Place your order with the Canview app
4. Receive updates as your order is prepared and dispensed by your pharmacy
5. Collect your order from your pharmacy, or have it home delivered when it's ready

This app is a great idea but functionally does not work. I ordered multiple times from the platform only to go pick my orders up and the chemist has not looked at the app or they don’t get notified by the app or they have never seen the app. My scripts get sent thru the app automatically from the doctor. Why can’t I get the e-script ? Get a better way to get the medical to the patient.

This is the third time now scripts have gone through, only for the app to electronically screw up dates on when I can fill my scripts. No more from now on I’m requesting scripts be sent to the pharmacy. Digital seems to be more hassles than hard copy.

Allows you to make purchase on your “out of stock” or “discontinued” medications. This is a simple fix to keep a patient up to date with their prescription availability’s. Get it sorted to prevent wasting patients time and money.

After using this app for the last 12 months I have experienced no issues and utilised the platform well but if Kate have experienced many occasions where the app simply won’t load.

Reached out to CanView tech support but the problem resolved itself without any changes / updates etc only to return again a few weeks later. 

This app needs regular maintenance and an update for bug fixes like this so patients can actually access their medication.

I don’t want a place where I’m being asked to make an appointment with their clinic; I just want to manage my scripts and place orders for medicine. Can’t upload them unless I register with your clinic that I’m not even going to make an appointment with?  Come on
