It’s a nice app but every few months I am forced to write the title sales rep for permission to access the app again after I paid for it. There is nothing worse than standing in a home with a buyer and being denied access to calculate costs for a home they want to write an offer on. Or more embarrassing than letting a seller down because you cannot immediately give them a net sheet. Services in the app you have paid for and expected to use. Even though I have closed multiple transactions with this title company …… the person who approves is a new rep (to me) and does not know me. Thanks Palm Agent for collecting my annual fee and denying me access.
