CAPE: Creative Arts For Processing Emotions® is a pioneering self-guided integrated mental health platform conceptualised by Dr Ramya Mohan, Senior Consultant Psychiatrist/Medical Educator (National Health Service, UK) and well-known UK-based Singer/Composer(www.ramyamohan.com) .  

CAPE® combines existing neuroscientific knowledge of music, emotions and established therapeutic principles with a seamless blend of Eastern / Western aesthetics - To support emotional processing/ equilibrium, support recovery from illness and restore emotional with physical well-being. 

Being launched as a revolutionary new app and web platform, CAPE® is a self-guided technique, intended to support you at your pace, in the comfort of a space you choose and at a time you need it. 

CAPE® has been developed under the aegis of i MANAS London 
( www.imanaslondon.com) with neuroscientific knowledge of the brain and feedback from long-term users from across the world. Peer-reviewed research on CAPE® has been presented at the European Psychiatric Association International Congress, Spain  , Royal College of Psychiatrists International Congress, London , the World Psychiatric Association International Congress , Portugal and published in European Psychiatry.
