## Capillus App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Broken App"
How does this company continue to sell their new generation cap, and send out weekly email and text updates about sales all while their app has been broken for months and users were told it would be fixed or a new app would be launched by the end of the year and neither has happened…
-- njosey, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Needs updating"
It used to work, but with current os it doesn’t at all. If you delete the app and reinstall, it will work once. Then next time you go to use it, nothing but a white screen.
-- N8nesss, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Capillus App"
App crashed after few months of use. I tried to re download it but it still doesn’t work. All I see is a white screen.
-- Hair786, 2024-12-19

### *---- "DOES NOT WORK"
Has a White screen only.
-- peralesspapa, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Not Functional"
This app has issues saving log-in information and is not functional. You cannot delete pictures or edit anything inside the app. I have to uninstall the app and re-install to be able to see my information. Otherwise there is just a blank white screen.
-- 100%Capri, 2024-12-14

### *---- "App doesn’t work after recent Apple update"
After updating my iPhone a few weeks ago, the app doesn’t work and forces me to delete and redownload just to get it to load and allow me to log in. Very disappointing given this cap cost over $2000 and the company can’t even get the app to work properly. I like the cap but the app is garbage.
-- sjenab15, 2024-12-12

### *---- "White open page"
Is there any fix to the blank open page after a few months? I am having the exact same issue with my capillus app. I am a type A organizer and want to keep up with the progress, and this has been incredibly frustrating. Otherwise, wonderful product and I seem to have results. Please fix, Capillus!
-- The MKL, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Need update"
Is this company still in business? The app has been broken since iOS 18.x and no update to the white screen issue on startup. Last update 9 months ago.
-- Nmnmnbv?, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Blank white screen"
The app stopped working after the Apple update. I just get a blank white screen. I keep deleting and redoing it, but it just keeps giving me blank white screen.
-- DseanCap, 2024-12-05

### *---- "White Screen"
Like other reviewers, I’m unable to use this application because of a constant white screen every time I open the application. Deleting and reinstalling only temporarily fixes the problem.
