## Capital Credit Union Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "App problem"
Can’t get on - really frustrating - just timer going round and round and round - even after uninstalling and reinstalling
-- Lockwood60, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Can’t get past verification - not fit for purpose
-- nessie1980w24, 2024-04-17

### *---- "Poor"
What’s the point in even having this app, it is absolute garbage.
Even phoning these people is a useless.
-- Gimme a break 99999999, 2024-01-12

### *---- "CCU app"
I’ve been waiting months now for an internal error to be sorted out so that I can access my account via the app. I get through to submitting the SMS verification code and then get the ‘internal error - contact system administrator’ message. Still happening despite being told it would be investigated and rectified as soon as possible. Disappointing!!
-- HDazeMacT, 2023-01-09

### *---- "Poor"
Instead of updating the app, the credit union advised to delete old app and install this abomination. Unable to verify account as it doesn’t let me get past the security question section. Might’ve been a good idea to work out all the kinks before releasing it.
