I got the card and they were very helpful and I am really happy with heir online service and it is user friendly.

Could never “remember me” when I relaunch to log in. I had to keep putting in my password OR even Apple face id had to be done twice. So much effort to just login. I’ve seen better financial App not behaving that way. Account information provided is good enough. Sometimes lags when loading after every update.

App is terrible have to keep resetting password

Your credit keeper never works. Always unavailable. What’s the problem.

I’m travelling Asia with my girlfriend and my credit card is the only way we can get out cash as she doesn’t have one. First two months of our trip it was going great with only minor issues with the card, then they decided to block my card and the only way to unblock it was to call them. Well I’m in Asia, I have no phone number to my name. So I spent close to $100 to call back and forth with them on my hotel managers phone, they unblocked it and said they’d make a note on my account that I’m still travelling Asia and to not block it, well that was only one week ago, and now I’ve run out of cash only to realise they have blocked it a second time. This is taking the fun out of travelling and putting me through so much stress. Unblock my card now!!!!

The CapitalOne app, is good to look at, it just jumps off the screen. Best of all, it is so easy to use. Thank you.
