She had her accountant give me her bank info to pay me back the $5K. I did so and made the payment but it was rejected (naturally). My account was then restricted since she would not talk to customer service. I tried explaining everything and paid the card off with my own money but they were not budging, they needed to talk to her. She wouldn't comply. I was sent a letter saying if I didn't respond within 30 days the account would be closed. I made copies of text messages and wrote a lengthy letter explaining it all. They closed my account and when I called they said they never got any reply. Big business strikes again. I've used this account for years and was my go to card for all purchases and it was paid off every month. This is the thanks I get for being a good customer and getting scammed!
