INTRODUCING… THE CAPITAL ONE APP
This isn’t just another credit card app. But then, we would say that. Right?
So it’s a good job all the customers dropping 5 star reviews on here seem to agree. (About 4 out of 5 reviews hit top marks.)
WHY SO MANY FIVE STAR REVIEWS?
We listen to you (as in all 2 million of our app-using customers). And then make features based on what you need. The kind of things that let you stop wasting time filling in forms or rolling your eyes while waiting on phone lines.
Take a look at a few of the things you can do in the app:
• Set up and change your Direct Debits
• Sign in with Face or Touch ID or a passcode
• Temporarily block a card or report it lost or stolen
• Make payments and find out when your next payment is due

As much use as Anne Frank’s drum kit reported my card as lost and address being incorrect only way to change address with the 16 digit code on the card that’s lost but nobody human to talk to on help line also let you pay more than credit limit these lads owe me 200.32 so no wonder I can’t get In touch

Why there is no option for adding card in Apple Pay. It’s really uncomfortable to carry the card every time.

Notice & Declaration Revoked Power of Attorney ! Who gave you the power of attorney to Give Me a Credit Score? I have always wondered why I have been GIVEN a Credit Score when it’s irrelevant to lending and borrowing! I didn’t give Anyone permission to share my information and Herby Revoke power of attorney over me in public, implied or express, I am very religious and don’t believe in Usaury of people as it says in my constitutional rights as a man. App notifications and Apple Pay

App notifications stop working on new update! And still after 4 years still not Apple Pay, think is time to leave

Issue with recent update

GaGa-Mania on

United Kingdom

Since the most recent update to the app, I had to re-register one of my cards and now Face ID doesn’t work even though I turn it on in settings. It’s very annoying, when I want to quickly check balances. Before the app worked fine.

Update

Fed up in Devon on

United Kingdom

App updated again and again have to resign in. Reset password is a joke doesn’t do anything at all. Don’t know why I bothered with the app gone back to internet sign on. Thought update was supposed to fix bugs not create new ones

Not good

Twinston1978 on

United Kingdom

Constantly asking me to re register my card, happened at least 15 times since I’ve got the app, not good, something wrong with it

Far behind everyone else

Samivisionos on

United Kingdom

For such a large company the app is tragically disappointing. It doesn’t let you view your card details like every other card’s app does. It doesn’t allow Apple Pay either making it my least used card. For over a year I’ve paid my balance in full every month by DD yet they’re the only card which won’t allow me a credit increase. I guess they don’t like making money

Unsure

Asp58 on

United Kingdom

December 5 downloaded new version rendered my card details yet again, December 6 opened app message again about entering in card details again with a picture of card with just last four digits showing no better and worrying at this time of year when money is always vanished quickly Since this version was downloaded to my IPhone i keep getting asked to add another card with just a display showing the correct last four digits of my card but I can not edit where the last four digits are shown all I can do is remove the card all together and then re add the same card again but I am getting bored with entering the same details I am now thinking the app has been hack and perhaps I should been the card all together before I loose money
